How do I redeem my member discount?

As a Breakers member, you're entitled to a 10% discount storewide. To redeem your discount against your order, enter your discount code that you were given with your membership information at the checkout.

Lost the code? No worries! Reach out to the team at gobreakers@nzbreakers.co.nz, let them know your membership number and you'll be on your way.

Returns and exchanges

Made a mistake with your order? All good! We're here to help.

We understand that repairs, exchanges and refunds maybe required. You can reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us here and someone from the team will help you swap your gear out. Keep in mind our returns policy below before reaching out to the team. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you simply change your mind, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, providing the following is met:

  • Original proof of purchase, a receipt, is supplied,
  • Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with all original tags still attached,
  • Goods are returned within 14 days of purchase
  • You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty or different from the description listed.

    When choosing to return an item, please note the following;

  • Products that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Sky Sport Breakers before any exchange can be actioned.

  • Sky Sport Breakers cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit. We suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post.

  • Sky Sport Breakers management reserve the right to refuse a refund in accordance with this policy.

    Please also note that no refunds will be given for any personalised item and clearance items are not exchangeable, and all sales on these items are final.

Shipping Information

We ship our packages with PostHaste, and you'll be issued with a tracking number when you place your order.

All orders are made to order and come with a maximum 10-day turn around for creation and we recommend 2-3 days for national, and 10 days for international shipping.

Can I join the Breakers?

Although you may look the real deal in our new On-Court jerseys, we currently don't have team contracts for sale.
