How do I redeem my member discount?
As a Breakers member, you're entitled to a 10% discount storewide. To redeem your discount against your order, enter your discount code that you were given with your membership information at the checkout.
Lost the code? No worries! Reach out to the team at email@example.com, let them know your membership number and you'll be on your way.

Made a mistake with your order? All good! We're here to help.
You can reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us here and someone from the team will help you swap your gear out.
Keep in mind our returns policy below before reaching out to the team.
If you're having trouble with your purchase or you simply change your mind, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange, providing the following is met:
Original proof of purchase, a receipt, is supplied.
Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with all original tags still attached.
The returns process is begun within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that personalized gear (including player jerseys) cannot be exchanged or returned.
We ship our packages with PostHaste, and you'll be issued with a tracking number when you place your order.
New Zealand orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days of fulfillment, subject to stock availability and COVID-19 operating and postage restrictions.

Can I join the Breakers?
Although you may look the real deal in our new On-Court jerseys, we currently don't have team contracts for sale.
